Hey, it’s Rose. I’m not by the phone. Please, leave a message and I’ll call right back.

I groaned and dropped the phone, falling to the bed and staring at the whitewashed ceiling of my room. It had been three weeks of no communication with Rose McCland. Was she avoiding me? Had my sex style forced her to stop talking to me?

Rose was too important to lose. I had never felt this way towards a woman. My love ran deep, dwelling in the fragile part of my heart. Getting girls never proved the hard task. They flocked to me - that gender - always gushing over my good looks and role as the biker lord of River Hall.

Why was this woman different? Why did she let me fuck her weeks ago and then ghost me?

I had been to her place after the encounter. Rose answered the door most of the time but claimed to have a place to go. I knew when someone lied to me. Rose’s body language was a temple of falsehood.

“It’s my father,” Rose said one day. “I have to find him. Someone has information to share. I need to be at the pub in thirty minutes.”

She kept taking things and dropping them as if acting with an unclear mind. I wanted to believe her but she reeked of edginess.

“Rose.” I stopped her motion by placing a hand on her shoulder. “Don’t you want to see me again?”

The lady blinked back tears. It didn’t work because a single tear rolled down her left cheek. Rose McCland was weeping.

“I’m sorry, but this can’t work. What we did was a mistake.”

She was honest. I couldn’t take the truth. This woman had opened her heart to me. Rose had transported me to paradise that night. Now, she pushed me into the burning flames of hell.

That confession failed to dissuade me. I kept calling her phone. If Rose saw them, she didn’t call back nor did she reply my text messages.

Before you judge me and call me a biker simp, my unrelenting affection stemmed from a childhood devoid of love. Ever since my dad brought me back to River Hall, he refused to get remarried to fill the void my dead mother had left behind. I grew up a boy who never felt the love of a woman but the harsh talks of a father.

With Rose, everything seemed true again. My dull world after my mother’s death sprouted colors of elation. The sex was only a topping on the tasty cake. I fell in love with Rose the very moment we locked eyes at the police station.

As I continued to stare at my ceiling, I concluded that Rose’s cold attitude was my fault. Why had I gone dominant on her? Why didn’t I stop to ask if she loved role-playing?

Every of the girl I fucked in the past never complained of the style. They loved being my princesses. The sight of them yearning for my touch and their eagerness to obey my gentle commands satisfied me.
